Huh?

So I received my workout report for last week from dailymile.com the other day.



Just under 3o miles swimming, biking, and running ... but best of all 2338 calories burned! That has to count for something, right? That has to get me closer to my weight loss goal, right?

Yes, that's right I burned 2338 calories working out 6 days this past week and gained 2 pounds!


What would Bob and Jillian say?


Probably, stop eating this ...

I know it sounds weird, but are you eating enough? If you aren't eating enough then your metabolism is slower. When I did weight watchers last year I was doing the same thing. My kickboxing instructor told me to eat a bowl of cereal before bed because she didn't think I was eating enough. It worked.
Also take into account you're probably gaining muscle. Did you take measurements? I find that's a better indicator. Sorry for the novel. hah
